The Team

Meet the team behind our  organization dedicated to preserving the environment in South Florida. From our founders to our board of directors and local iguana wrangler volunteers, each of these individuals plays a crucial role in making our mission possible. We work to humanely capture, remove, and euthanize invasive green iguanas that can disrupt native wildlife, infrastructure, and public lands. If you share our love for animals and the environment, we encourage you to join us in our efforts to protect and preserve the beauty of South Florida.

Max Chan

Max, the founder of a foundation, is a local high schooler in Palm Beach County, who is an avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast. In 2019, Max became aware of the iguana infestation that had a significant impact on local bass populations. This incident triggered Max's interest in addressing the issue of invasive species and their harmful effects on the environment, leading to declining ecosystems and wildlife populations all over Palm Beach County and South Florida. Max aims to increase public awareness of the state of invasive species and promote their preservation to protect the beautiful natural environment of Florida.
